【Delivery Time】

Under normal circumstances, products will be shipped within 3-7 business days after arrival (business days are Monday to Friday; no shipments on weekends or public holidays). Customers will be notified by email after shipment.

During promotions, free shipping periods, holidays, or bad weather, orders may take longer to process.

After payment for an order, if you need to change the delivery address/phone number/schedule delivery time, etc., you must contact SF Express directly.

【Before Shopping】

(Delivery Regulations)

－Please accurately enter the recipient's phone number and delivery address. If delivery fails due to incorrect information, SF Express may charge additional fees.

－For customers choosing smart locker self-pickup, if items are not collected within the first 24 hours of the SMS notification, SF Express will charge an additional service fee.

－For customers choosing SF business points or SF stations for self-pickup, if items are not collected within the first 2 days of the notification, SF Express will charge an additional service fee.

－If a customer changes the delivery method and address after placing an order, they must contact SF Express to make the change, and SF Express may charge additional fees.

－Please confirm the product options and quantity before purchasing. Once payment is successful, product content cannot be changed/orders cannot be added/combined.

－If a customer refuses to accept an item after it has been shipped, additional fees and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

(Order Cancellation Regulations)

－Because the logistics company arranges orders immediately on the next day, if you need to cancel an order, please contact the official website customer service center to cancel before 8 AM the next day. (※Order cancellation can only be requested through the official website customer service center)

－Orders cannot be cancelled after 8 AM.*

(Example: Order placed on 4/1, cancellation can be requested before 8 AM on 4/2. If it's a holiday, request before 8 AM on the following Monday.)

(Gift Regulations)

－Complimentary gifts included in sets and orders cannot be changed. Random gifts will be arranged and shipped by warehouse staff at random. Please note.

(SF Service Fees)

－To ensure efficient parcel flow and service quality at network points, if customers choose to pick up items at an SF business point, SF station, or SF smart locker and fail to complete pickup within the specified time, a "Feng Guanjia" service fee will be charged.

Self-pickup at SF Business Points or SF Stations
If a customer chooses to pick up a parcel at an SF business point or SF station and fails to complete pickup within the first 2 days of the SMS/SFHK APP pickup notification, SFHK will charge a "Feng Guanjia" service fee of HKD 10 for each subsequent day. The fee will accumulate daily.

*Days are calculated from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Self-pickup at SF Smart Lockers
If a customer chooses an SF smart locker^ and fails to complete pickup within the first 24 hours of the SMS/SFHK APP pickup notification, SFHK will charge a "Feng Guanjia" service fee of HKD 10 for each subsequent 24 hours. The fee will accumulate every 24 hours.
