【Refund Policy】

※Before purchasing, please confirm product color, quantity, and other options. Once payment is successful, order options cannot be changed, and it will be assumed that you agree to this return and exchange policy.

※After an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will take 7-14 business days for delivery. During this period, returns or exchanges are not allowed once an order is placed, unless the item is out of stock or damaged upon arrival.

※ All shipping fees are non-refundable.

※If a customer refuses to accept a parcel after it has been dispatched, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fees.

※If your order includes a free gift, please return the gift along with the product. If you do not return the gift, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.

※ For orders with add-on purchases, bundle deals, free gifts for members meeting a certain spending threshold, or free gifts with the purchase of specific products:
-If the main product is returned and only the add-on product is kept, the add-on product will revert to its original price.
-For bundle deals or discounted items, if the return causes the order to no longer meet the promotion or spending threshold, the remaining items will revert to their original price, and the difference will be deducted from the refund amount.
-Add-on products, promotional items, and limited-time/limited-quantity items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
